She is also Vice-Chair, Research in the SingHealth Duke NUS Oral Health Academic Clinical Programme and founding Director of the National Dental Research Institute Singapore. Cl A/Prof Goh obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1993. She then went on to specialize in the field of OMS, obtaining her Dental Fellowship with the Edinburgh Royal College of Surgeons in 1996 and Master of Dental Surgery from NUS in 1997. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2000. In that same year, she was sent on a government scholarship for advanced training in cleft lip and palate and orthognathic surgery in Canada. In 2004, she furthered her training in craniofacial implantology in Sweden and the United Kingdom. She obtained a PhD in 2009 from Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands for her novel research work on modular endoprosthesis for mandibular reconstruction. Cl A/Prof Goh is also appointed Clinical Associate Professor at the NUS Dental Faculty and Duke NUS Medical School, and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. She is active in teaching and training postgraduate students. Her research interests include bone bioengineering, oral & maxillofacial device development and novel techniques in mandibular reconstruction.
Mr Sandeep Uppal graduated from University of Delhi, India in 1990. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery from University of Delhi, India in 1995. Subsequently he trained and qualified as a Specialist in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in the UK. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Mr Uppal served a one-year fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery conducted by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. He then completed the certification process of the International and European Boards of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He was awarded the Claus D. Walter Award for Academic Excellence by the International Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2012. He has also served a one-year fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Anterior Skull Base Surgery conducted by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Mr Uppal’s research and clinical interests have resulted in numerous publications in peer reviewed international journals as well as presentations at various international courses, workshops and conferences. He was awarded a PhD by the University of Leeds, UK in 2012. He is actively involved in teaching and examining undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. He serves as a Director on the Governing Council of Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr Ian Loh is the chief of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He is an otolaryngologist with facial plastic and reconstructive surgery training and is the director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in CGH. Dr Loh also serves as the vice chairman of The Chapter of Otolaryngologists within the Academy of Medicine Singapore and is the associate program director of the Singhealth Otolaryngology Residency Program.

Dr. Moyer serves as an Associate Chair of the Department and is the Division Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Moyer’s clinical practice encompasses the broad field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery including rhinoplasty, aging-face surgery, and local flap reconstruction of cutaneous defects after skin cancer surgery. Dr Ganga obtained his degrees from Madras Medical College, Chennai, India and advanced sub-specialty training from the Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, USA. He specialises in the diseases and surgery of the eyelids, lacrimal system, orbit and oculofacial diseases. Committed to clinical and surgical excellence, he is a regional and international expert in disorders such as orbital trauma, ophthalmic oncology, congenital and acquired eyelid disorders, lacrimal system disorders, anophthalmic sockets, thyroid eye disease, facial palsy, etc. Some of his special interests include minimally invasive surgery (eg. endoluminal duct recanalisation(ELDR)), complex orbital trauma reconstructions (navigation surgery, bioresorbable implants and customized implants), medical and surgical rehabilitation of thyroid eye disease, and vascular lesions of the orbit.
Dr Ganga is part of the core faculty of the Department of Ophthalmology and heads the Orbit & Oculofacial Surgery Service at the National University Hospital (NUH). Dr Ganga was instrumental in starting various multidisciplinary services including the NUH Retinoblastoma service (with paediatric oncologists, neuro-interventional radiologists and pathologists), NUH Thyroid Eye Disease Service (with Endocrinologists & immunologists) and the NUH Lacrimal Service (with Rhinologists). Dr Lai Juen Bin is an MOH accredited Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon.
He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2000 during which he received numerous awards (Dean’s List, Singapore Dental Association Bronze Medal, Gold Medal for Best in Clinical Dentistry). Thereafter, he completed a Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and obtained Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
Prior to his transition to private practice, Dr Lai Juen Bin was a senior consultant and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, National Dental Centre Singapore where he was involved in postgraduate OMS training. Dr Danny Tan is currently Senior Consultant at Sengkang General Hospital. He was awarded the Health Manpower Development Programme Scholarship to advance his skill in the field of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) surgery. He spent one year in Karolinska Institute (KI), Sweden, under the guidance of Professor Anders Holmlund, one of the pioneers in the field of TMJ surgery and arthroscopy. During his stint in KI, he was trained in TMJ arthroscopy and the various types of TMJ surgery.
Dr Soong is a senior consultant at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, National Dental Centre Singapore. He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and thereafter completed the graduate residency programme in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, also at NUS, with a Master of Dental Surgery. Dr Stephanie Young is a Senior Consultant eye surgeon and Director of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Eagle Eye Centre. She has a special interest in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, lacrimal system and orbit. She has a special interest in eyelid surgery for functional and cosmetic indications, and treats many patients with droopy eyelids, eyelid malpositions, double eye lid creation and more. Dr Chee Seng Lee
Dr Lee Chee Seng is a specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
He graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours in 2010. After graduation from dental school, Dr Lee worked in private practice as a general dentist for 5 years in Melbourne, Australia. He then furthered his studies and obtained his Master of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 2019, before joining Khoo Teck Puat Hospital as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Registrar.

In 2017, Dr Sha was admitted into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Programme in NUS and received the Master in Dental Surgery in 2020. Dr. Sha joined Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Department of Dental Surgery as a Registrar in 2020, where she continues to serve a diverse community of patients to date. Aside of her regular clinical work, Dr Sha enjoys promoting professional growth via inter-disciplinary and inter-institutional collaborations. Dr. Jonathan M. Sykes was the director of Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center for more than 30 years and an editor of six textbooks and has written over 200 scientific articles, book chapters, and other papers in the medical literature. He is also a highly sought after lecturer, having given over 1,000 lectures locally, nationally, and internationally. Last year, Dr. Sykes gave over 150 lectures. He has reviewed scientific papers for the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery, the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Laryngoscope.

Dr. Abdulkadir Goksel was born in Gaziantep. He entered Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine after finishing his elementary and secondary education in Gaziantep. In his faculty years, he did practices in the UK and Spain. In 1993, he graduated as Doctor of Medicine from the Medical Faculty of Istanbul University. After a short time, he took his Board Certification as an Otolaryngologist at the Goztepe Training and Research Hospital in 1998.
During his specialty training, he was interested in the topics of Functional Nose Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Revision Rhinoplasty, Snoring and Sleep Apnea. He did plenty of research on these issues. In the mean time, he has participated in more than thirty domestic or overseas congresses and courses.
Dr. Goksel has got courses at the Center of Anatomy and Cell Biology of Vienna Medical University from Giovanni Botti who is well-known of facial aesthetic surgery. He studied ‘Balloon Sinuplasty’ which is an extremely new technique for sinusitis treatment with Prof. Dr. Howard L. Levine, who was the president of the American Society of Rhinology in Chicago. He did studies on cadavers which are related to facial plastic surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Goksel has improved his expertise in rhinoplasty and learnt migraine headache surgery by being given the opportunity to work together with one of the world’s best facial plastic surgeons Prof. Dr. Bahman Guyuron at Cleveland Case Western Reverse University.
He has participated a lot of congresses which were held by International Facial Plastic Surgery Academies in Asia, Europe, Australia and America as a guest speaker. Particularly his rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, snoring, sinusitis and endoscopic lacrimal sac surgery numbers are above the standards. Every year, a lot of Turkish and foreign assistants and specialists come for observing his surgeries as his welcomed guests who are willing to learn from his unique Rhinoplasty technique.
He had active position in the Rhinoplasty and Anatomy focus groups of the European Academy of the Facial Plastic Surgery for several years. He organized a lot of educational courses for whom wants to learn new techniques in rhinoplasty.

Mr Raghavan is an ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon. Mr Raghavan has published many peer reviewed scientific papers, book chapters on facial plastic surgery and lectured in various meetings nationally and internationally. Since 2007 he has been a national committee member of BSFPS and is the past secretary of British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Mehmet Manisali was born in in Istanbul in 1958.He finished English High school in Istanbul in 1977.Having qualified from Bristol University Dental school in 1982 he then obtained a Masters degree in University of London. He completed his medical studies in the same university in 1992.In year 2000 he became a specialist in maxillofacial surgery and was appointed as a consultant to St.George’s Hospital, University of London and Croydon University Hospital. He is past president of the Maxillofacial Surgery section of the Royal Society of Medicine. He is regularly invited by the Facing the World Charity to lead surgical missions in Vietnam. His main areas of interest are management of facial trauma, facial aesthetic surgery including orthognathic surgery, surgery of the orbit and management of facial skin cancer. He has published in these areas and lectures nationally and internationally. He is also the co-founder of the Step by Step Surgical Courses.
Dr. Ed Yap has profound interest in rhinoplasty. He has published articles in local and international journals and has contributed manuscript chapters in books of renowned authors. He is a dedicated leader in rhinoplasty education in the Philippines. He revolutionized the structured concept of aesthetic nasal surgery in the Philippines. His popular technique of Sail Excision for management of hanging ala has been widely used by local and international surgeons. He has vast experience in using e-PTFE as dorsal graft material. Dr. Joseph Amado Jay Galvez, MD, is one of the pioneers at the forefront of Facial Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in the Philippines. He has been Course Director and Organizer of the Minimally Invasive Facial Aesthetic Surgery (MIFAS) course which has been running yearly in Manila since 2006. He has zealously strived to impart the fundamental anatomic concepts and facial aesthetic and plastic surgery principles thru copious lectures, live demonstrations and fresh frozen cadaver dissections to aspiring physicians not only in the Philippines but also in the Asia-Pacific region. As Chairman of the Department of Otorhinolaryngolgy-Head and Neck Surgery and Chief of the Section of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of the City of Manila- Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center, he is very active in his consultancy, mentoring medical students and residents alike. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Mr Messiha has undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Medicine and Dentistry. This was followed by General Surgical training before returning to the London Deanery Higher Surgical Training program in Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery at St George’s Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital (Imperial), Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead), and the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Ash was awarded the Intercollegiate Specialty Board FRCS in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and pursued his interest subject in Facial Deformity. He has written several book chapters as well as various publications. He has travelled extensively and lectured in Malta, Brazil, Turkey as well as UK.
He was appointed in a substantive Consultant position at Northwick Park Hospital and St Mary’s London Imperial University Hospitals and subsequently joined the team at St George’s Hospital, Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals, where he is currently the Clinical lead at St George’s Hospital.

Mr Jahrad Haq is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in London, UK. He is qualified in medicine and dentistry and works at a St George’s Hospital, which is a major trauma centre and leading medical school. He also works in private practice in central London and as clinical lead for the maxillofacial department at St Peter’s hospital in Surrey.
His subspecialty interests include orthognathic surgery with virtual surgical planning and waferless techniques, skin cancer ablation and reconstruction using local flaps and xenograft dermal templates, maxillofacial trauma, complex skull base access and custom craniofacial implant design and placement. Mr Haq has regularly lectured on these topics as an invited speaker both nationally and internationally.
Mr Haq is a founding partner of Step by Step Surgery, an educational resource offering high level, hands on dissection and online courses in facial deformity, maxillofacial trauma and complex skin reconstructive surgery. He has undertaken charity surgical missions to Vietnam as part of Facing The World, as well as hosting international surgeons in London as part of an exchange fellowship programme.
Lucy qualified as a dentist in 1999 from the United Medical and dental Schools of Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital and achieved a degree with Distinction together with other University prizes.
She completed her Foundation training in South London and worked for 2 years in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery hospital posts working at Guys Hospital and Orpington and Bromley Hospitals. During these posts she gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She then undertook postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Kingston Hospital and Guys Hospital, gaining a Masters in Science degree. She qualified as an orthodontic specialist in 2006 and was awarded the William Houston Gold Medal for most meritorious and outstanding candidate.
She subsequently undertook a further 2 years training at the Eastman Dental Institute treating complex multidisciplinary cases and is Consultant Orthodontist at St Georges University Hospital and Kingston Hospital.
Her special interest is the treatment of Facial Deformity and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
She is Training Programme Director for Orthodontics for the London region.
Dr Tan is a registered ENT practitioner subspecializing in the field of Facial Plastics Surgery. After completing his ENT training, he spent 1 year full time in Shimmian Rhinoplasty Clinic in Seoul, South Korea. Shimmian Rhinoplasty Clinic is a high volume rhinoplasty specialist centre. During his time there, Dr Tan performed several hundreds of rhinoplasties and facial bone surgeries on Korean and International patients.
Upon his return, Dr Tan served as a Consultant in the Facial Plastics Service of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital ENT Department, serving many patients in need of rhinoplasties for breathing and cosmetic problems. Dr Tan left KTPH to start The Rhinoplasty Clinic to devote more time and energy and to focus more on his passion that is Rhinoplasty.
Dr Tan advocates using autologous (from own body) materials in rhinoplasties as he believes this is the safer, more natural and lasting option. He also feels the nose is not just about looking good, but functionally it has to perform well too. In this respect, his foundation in ENT gives him valuable insights to retaining or improving the functional aspect of the nose when he performs his rhinoplasties.
Dr Lee Tee Sin is presently the deputy chief and senior consultant with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He is also the director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service. Upon completing his Otorhinolaryngology training, he was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan to pursue a 1-year clinical fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the University of Toronto, Canada, endorsed by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also achieved the highest international score in the 2014 IBCFPRS examination, and was honored with the Claus D. Walter Award for Academic Excellence. He then completed the board certification process in 2017 and is a Diplomate of the IBCFPRS.
He is active in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, holding the appointments of associate programme director of the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency, clinical assistant professor of the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, clinical senior lecturer of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, as well as clinical teacher of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He is also a visiting consultant to Singapore General Hospital, Singapore National Eye Centre, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
He has also contributed significantly to the Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Singapore, having previously held the positions Honorary Treasurer and Vice President. He is the immediate past President of the society.
Dr Valerie Tay Su-Lin is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore. She has experience dealing with patients who have all types of ENT, breathing and sleep problems. She also does surgery for the nose and sinuses, face and neck (including endoscopic sinus surgery, salivary gland and thyroid surgery) for adults and children (with common problems such as allergic rhinitis, enlarged tonsils and adenoids). She has special interests in breathing and sleep problems, septorhinoplasty (or ‘nose job’), facial plastic surgery, facial nerve palsy and facial rejuvenation.
Dr Tay is a visiting consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). She was the former chief of the facial plastic surgery service at TTSH’s ENT department, where she started the facial palsy clinic in Singapore.
She graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and was the recipient of the ENT Bookprize, an award for the best student of the year in otolaryngology. She received the Health Manpower Development Plan award to pursue specialty training, and obtained her otorhinolaryngology specialist accreditation from Singapore and became fully accredited as an ENT surgeon.
Dr Tay is one of the earliest doctors in Singapore to be trained in Seoul to perform scarless surgical rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty using graft harvested from the nasal septum, or ear or rib cartilage.
She is the current president of the Society of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery Singapore and a member of the Chapter of Otorhinolaryngologists, Academy of Medicine.
Besides her clinical work, Dr Tay has served as a clinical senior lecturer at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine; adjunct senior lecturer at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine; and core clinical faculty member of the National Healthcare Group’s otorhinolaryngology residency programme. She is also an author for facial plastic surgery textbooks, such as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a textbook for otolaryngology residents in North America.
Dr Ng Li Shia is currently a Consultant with the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, at the National University Hospital. Dr Ng is also an Assistant Professor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS.
She underwent Otolaryngology training in Singapore. After completing her specialist training, Dr Ng proceeded to subspecialize in Asian facial plastic and reconstructive surgery as a clinical fellow at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. In particular, she underwent specialized training in ear reconstruction during her time as a fellow, being trained in both rib cartilage and Medpor reconstruction of the ear. Her training also focuses on reconstructive surgery of the nose and functional rhinoplasty.
She is involved in education of undergraduates, as well as post-graduates. She serves as the Deputy Director of Undergraduate Medicine for Otolaryngology, NUS, and is the program director of the NUHS Residency Program.
Dr Dennis Chua is a ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist practising in Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore. He has a subspecialty focus in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, and is well-trained in advanced ENT surgery, including endoscopic and robotic ENT/thyroid surgery, and transoral robotic and laser microsurgery. He received his (da Vinci) robotic surgery training in South Korea.
Dr Dennis Chua is among the few ENT surgeons accredited by the International Board of Certification of Facial Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery. Prior to beginning his private practice, he was the Chief of Facial Plastics Service within the Department of ENT at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
He attained his basic medical degree at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and subsequently completed his otorhinolaryngology (ENT) training in Singapore. He obtained his ENT specialist accreditation from Singapore and is fully accredited as an ENT surgeon by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Medical Council. He was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship to pursue a 1-year clinical fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery with Professor Stephen Park (Past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery) at the University of Virginia where he operated with full privileges.
Being passionate in education, Dr Dennis was the ENT Lead Tutor at the Lee Kong Chian (Joint NTU-Imperial College, London) School of Medicine and was in charge of undergraduate training in ENT. He is a senior clinical lecturer with the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and is heavily involved in the training of ENT residents.
Dr Dennis is currently a visiting consultant to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
Dr Dennis has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks on ENT and facial plastics conditions. He has been invited to lecture at numerous international ENT conferences in America, Europe, Turkey, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Macau where he shared his experience with fellow ENT surgeons. He was also most recently the organising chairman of the 5th Singapore Facial Plastic Surgery Course.
Dr Dennis plays an active role within the fraternity of ENT surgeons in the region and is the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr Edward Zhang is a Consultant Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon) with Facial Plastic Training at Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital.
Dr Zhang received his medical degree from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Medicine in 2007. In medical school, he was awarded the ENT Society Otolaryngology Book Prize Award and gold medal for best performing undergraduate of his year. He went on to receive his specialist training in the Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) at Singapore General Hospital, and further underwent rotations through ENT departments (in TTSH, NUH, CGH, KTPH, and KKWCH) across Singapore, before completing his specialist training in 2016. In 2017, he was granted a prestigious one-year surgical hands-on fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FPRS) at the University of Virginia, USA, where he was mentored under Drs Stephen Park (Facial Plastic), Jared Christophel (Facial Plastic), Maria Kirzhner (Oculoplastics), and Vandana Nanda (Dermatology).
He pursued his research interest by completing the Master of Clinical Investigation (MCI) at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2014 and was the recipient of this 2-year postgraduate translational and clinical research programme funded by the National Research Foundation through National Medical Research Council of Singapore. His clinical research focused on botulinum toxin (Botox).
Dr Zhang helms the service of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Singapore General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. His interests include cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, facial reconstruction, benign and cancerous skin lesions, craniomaxillofacial trauma, facial scarring, ear deformities including microtia reconstruction, lasers, and cosmetic surgery.
Dr Zhang currently holds the title of Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He is Clinical Core Faculty Member for SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Program, Executive Committee Member of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FPRS) Section under the Chapter of Otorhinolaryngologists, and Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS).
Dr Ng Chew Lip specialises in ENT and facial plastic surgery. He has strong interests in functional rhinoplasty, sinus surgery, facial trauma reconstruction and scar management after face and neck surgery.
Dr Ng is a clinical lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He has several research and clinical publications in international medical journals and was awarded research grants for his work. He is a Consultant Author with the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy International Guidelines on Allergic Rhinitis.
In addition, Dr Ng is closely involved in the teaching of medical students and ENT residents at the National University of Singapore and National University Health System.
Dr Jenica Yong currently holds the position of Consultant Otolaryngologist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Department of Otolaryngology with a clinical interest in pediatric facial plastics.
She graduated from National University of Singapore in 2009 and entered Otolaryngology residency in May 2011. She passed her membership examinations in Surgery from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2011. In 2018 she was accredited as a Specialist in Otolaryngology by the Ministry of Health. She went on to pursue a Facial Plastics fellowship in the University of Virginia from 2018 to 2019.
She is actively involved in undergraduate medial school teaching and has won the teaching award in National University Hospital for her teaching of undergraduate medical students. She served as teaching faculty for National University of Singapore. She was an invited speaker at the Charles W Gross Symposium: The NOSE course held in the United states. She has presented regionally and internationally and is first author of several indexed journal articles.
Dr Fung is presently working as a consultant in the department of Otorhinolaryngology in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. His clinical interests include functional rhinoplasty, local reconstruction and facial trauma.
He is also currently serving as the ENT subject lead tutor for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NanYang Technological University, and clinical lecturer for the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore
